Our approach to diversity

Our approach goes way beyond our diversity policy, we’ve coined the phrase ‘Diversity every day’ because it reinforces our belief that diversity runs through everything we do, all of the time. 
 
Diversity comes in many forms, often categorised in terms of gender, race, religion or faith, sexuality age or ability. Diversity also appears as differences in backgrounds, perspectives, the way we think, the skills we have, the lives we lead. In simple terms, it’s about making everyone feel included, respected and valued for who they are and what they bring. It’s about creating an inclusive culture where everyone feels able to speak up and know others will listen and respect their voice.
